Refund and Withdrawal Policy

Last updated: 21/08/2026

1. Scope of This Policy

This Refund and Withdrawal Policy ("Policy") applies to all digital products (PDF guides and related digital content) purchased on pdfebookguide.com (the "Site"), operated by Rehman Haseebur, micro-entrepreneur. ("we", "us"). It should be read together with our Terms and Conditions of Sale.

This Policy applies to all Customers worldwide. Because legal rights around withdrawal and refunds differ depending on where you live, this Policy is organized by region so you can find the rules that apply to you.

2. Nature of Our Products

All products sold on the Site are digital content delivered immediately by download or access link upon payment. No physical goods are shipped. This has legal consequences for withdrawal and refund rights, explained below.

3. Customers in the European Union / European Economic Area / France

3.1 Right of withdrawal — general rule

Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU) and the French Consumer Code (Article L221-18 et seq.), consumers ordinarily benefit from a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of the order, without having to give any reason.

3.2 Exception for digital content delivered immediately

However, Article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code provides that the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of digital content not delivered on a tangible medium, where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and the consumer has acknowledged thereby losing their right of withdrawal.

At checkout, before completing payment, you are asked to expressly confirm both of the following, via a dedicated checkbox:

  • That you request immediate access to/download of the digital content, without waiting for the end of the 14-day withdrawal period; and

  • That you acknowledge and accept losing your right of withdrawal once the download or access begins.

The date and time of this confirmation are recorded and kept as evidence in your order details. Once you have given this confirmation and accessed or downloaded the content, the order is final and the statutory right of withdrawal no longer applies to that purchase, in accordance with Article L221-28 13°.

3.3 If you have not yet accessed the content

If, exceptionally, you did not provide the express consent described above, or you have not yet downloaded or accessed the product, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of your order by using the withdrawal request feature described in Section 6 below, or by any other clear written statement (email) to us.

3.4 Legal guarantees unaffected

Nothing in this Policy affects your right to a product that conforms to the contract under Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code (statutory guarantee of conformity) or your rights under Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code (guarantee against hidden defects). If a digital file is defective, corrupted, or does not match its description, you remain entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund as applicable by law.

4. Customers Outside the European Union / EEA

If you are located outside the EU/EEA (for example in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, India, Australia, or elsewhere), the EU statutory right of withdrawal described above does not automatically apply to you. Your purchase is instead governed by this Policy and by any mandatory consumer protection law applicable in your own country of residence, which we always respect where it applies.

Regardless of location, we apply the same fair approach described in Section 5 below to all Customers.

5. Our Refund Policy (All Customers)

Because digital content can be copied and used immediately, and to remain fair to all our customers, our general policy is as follows:

  • Once a digital product has been successfully downloaded or accessed, the sale is considered final, and no refund will be issued, except as required by mandatory law described in Section 3.4 or 6.

  • We will, however, grant a refund or provide a corrected file, at our discretion and in good faith, in situations including: a technical error preventing you from accessing or downloading the file you purchased; you were accidentally charged twice for the same order; the file delivered is corrupted, unreadable, or materially different from the product described at the time of purchase.

  • Refund or resolution requests for the situations above must be submitted within 14 days of purchase, with your order number and a description of the issue, to allow us to investigate and resolve the matter quickly.

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind after the content has been downloaded, or on the basis that the content did not meet personal expectations regarding results, style, or applicability to your individual situation, given the informational nature of the products (see Section 3 of our Terms and Conditions).

6. How to Request a Withdrawal or Refund

To request a withdrawal (where applicable under Section 3.3) or a refund (under Section 5), please use one of the following methods:

  • Withdrawal request feature: available at all times via the "Right of Withdrawal" link in the footer of our website

  • Email: contact@pdfebookguide.com, including your order number, the email address used for the purchase, and a brief description of your request.

We aim to acknowledge all requests within a reasonable time and to resolve them promptly. Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, typically within 14 days of approval.

7. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your request, you may contact us again at contact@pdfebookguide.com for a review. Customers residing in the European Union may also refer an unresolved dispute to the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, or to a consumer mediator in accordance with French law.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our products or in applicable law. The version in effect on the date of your order is the version that applies to that order.
